The Level-4 Diploma in Human Resource Management and the Level-5 Extended Diploma in Management are comprehensive 240-credit courses designed to equip students with the essential skills required for success in management roles, specifically emphasising Human Resources within medium to large businesses.

This course comprises 20 modules, with ten modules at Level 4 and 10 at Level 5. A combination of multiple-choice exams and written assignments will assess each module. At Level 4, there will be ten written assignments, while at Level 5, there will be eight.
