About The Course
The Introduction to Management Level-3 University Foundation Programme is designed for students either intending to get admission to a university or looking to improve their managerial skills to advance in their jobs or broaden their employment opportunities. This programme is equivalent to an A Level qualification and comprises 60 credits. This training is well-suited for team leaders who aspire to advance in their management careers. Additionally, it serves as a very suitable certification for persons who have successfully finished Business studies at Level 2 or 3 and aspire to enhance their abilities and expertise for a managerial position.
The qualification aims to enhance the comprehension of practical management abilities for individuals who aspire to become or are currently junior managers, with a particular emphasis on workplace-relevant management skills. Leadership and management training is essential for the expansion of enterprises, especially in dynamic, high-tech settings that necessitate quick adjustment to evolving circumstances. The programme comprises six modules and six written assignments, each requiring approximately 40 guided learning hours. Students can access various study resources, such as tutor help, webinars, a social learning forum, and supplementary course materials.
Upon completing this course, students will be awarded the Level-3 Diploma in Introduction to Management, fully accredited by Ofqual. After completing their studies, graduates can submit applications to universities in the UK to pursue a full Undergraduate Degree curriculum. Alternatively, individuals can undertake the Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in Management and subsequently complete an Undergraduate Top Up programme at different universities in the United Kingdom.
